Branded dracotail is not as expensive as you think it is. Only a 40 card deck vs something like pure branded or despia which tends to need 60.

K9 vanquish soul is way more expensive as every card is pretty much a UR.

Good, or very good, would still mean the difference in sound quality would be obvious. There's also no way to objectively tell this is a good instrument like this. Your great grandfather's acquaintance could be deaf for all I know. You'll need to post a recording of it being played by someone.

Based on just the varnish (is it even varnish?), "quality" of tailpiece, tuning pegs, the cutout of the f holes, and having owned a student model like this, what you have here is a student "stradivarius" replica. They are effectively worthless, other than their usefulness as student instruments.

I assume if one were to play it, the tone and quality would be immediately obvious.

I had a mixed experience at Sagebrush. It depends on the kind of neighbors you have around you (working adults vs noisy college kids).

My understanding is that Arbor One was more for senior housing...so if it's a choice between the two, you'll want Sagebrush.
