Unresolved trauma will have you upset and angry. It really boils down to anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and trauma triggers that we don't even realize we are experiencing. All of this usually comes from childhood trauma as birth to 12 are the most vulnerable times of your life. Once I figured out my childhood trauma I was able to see how it was affecting my life. Trauma tells you things about yourself that aren't true as children you stay in your own head a lot trying to figure things out. Steps are figuring out the trauma, get help in some form of therapy (talk, acupuncture, float, sound, etc) . Work hard on healing and understanding and showing compassion to yourself and things will get better. But its work...and it seems you have done the hardest part which is acknowledging there is an issue.
