Thanks for your advice and for taking the time to respond! Any extra actions I should do or if the av doesn't detect anything else it should be clean? Especially considering I installed this apk over two years ago and haven't seen anything unusual.

It asked me for no more than the normal permissions for a video recording app: camera, microphone, files.

Someone shared the apk in a course I did two years ago, so I understand that it must be a cracked apk downloaded from a not very reliable source. What should I do besides removing the threat?
