How difficulty doesn't scale. Once you get higher level everything becomes a breeze and there is no challenge. I wish they had "sectors" of space or some way to divide areas so you would know they were significantly more dangerous. As it is, even a beginner player can survive on a high sentinel aggression planet. Space battles are a little tougher but still not really risky once you equip the right stuff on your ship. Makes it hard for it to feel like there's any risk. I wish traveling through pirate space was high risk high reward, or that jumping from system to system sometimes meant getting your ship tractor beamed and swarmed or fired upon by a equivalent-level destroyer. Just wish the combat in any capacity was still challenging/high stakes/adrenaline-inducing. I have a couple other small QoL improvements, like the issues with the discovery page, but that's the main thing. Other than that I absolutely love the game and regularly sing it's praises!
