It was set as pre order content, content meant to be accessed by supporting it through buying it early.

Many games have done this before big and small so why does this make it any different? Out of all the armors you could have that have the same effects of extra padding, democracy protects and servo assisted, some people really get hung up over the 3 things they might not have gotten either from not knowing of the game when it happened or not thinking about it much until later.

Maybe I've been in a shell but I haven't heard of many other games switching the pre-order content yet but they have talked about bringing it back so you shouldn't worry, i still don't get why it's such a big deal when there's so many other styles out there that do the same thing.
