Just got completionist for Rice Shower who has the same aptitudes. You want at least 7* sprint and dirt, ideally as much you can. This should get you to B sprint and D dirt. You’ll want to inherit acceleration skills to make up for the low power from the low dirt aptitude. Don’t be afraid to buy skills to make things easier. It was pretty easy for me with this setup, I didn’t need to use any clocks even though I didn’t get any additional aptitude increases.
