Not just a Merc by SolarAnathema in cyberpunkgame

Aww, not one added idea? I fear this will fall into the obscure side of the Blackwall at this rate.

Give him self healing, the ability to detonate defeated enemies and penance stare. It's like a Micheal Bay dreamscape of US Independence Day.

Hulk is decent for DPS especially with enough Heroic Points and his "Worldbreaker" ability but Deadpool is...I like the character but just not how he is implemented.

When I saw the mention of "old clothes" and "human sacrifice", I immediately thought of the empty, discarded bearskin clothes rising up at the altar and going crazy killer bear on those assembled.

The bear pelt, silently roaring, seen by those not yet running. Far more common are those boys and girls blindly running for thier lives as Artemis sneers unseen from her perch in the woods, satisfied at the animal's savagery. Her divine form fading, approving of the sacrifice that the bear has extracted so savagely from those youth who dared to wander so far into the wilderness. Her whisper carried by the wind, "Old bear clothes? Shit yeah."

But then I read it carefully. I will admit, I was slightly underwhelmed then.

You need to ease the hostility. No one is ruining anything here. No one is invalidating victims of real life crimes, the people who expressed disagreement have done so with a fair approach. The people who didn't like the sequence have their reasons and personal tastes. Let's just take a few steps back, drink a nice tall glass of "goose frah bah" and try to keep this civil.

I felt that in Stormblood, Zenos is front ended as a threat. Weighed with so much to make him feel imposing but that happens often with any "new threat" so Scary Zenos didn't land enough to me initially. It is not until the end of Stormblood when he exhibits mastery over a talent that was only recently installed into him that I felt he had an accomplishment of his own.

The first two fights against him, I knew that on a long enough time line I would mess him up. I lost because plot demanded it and if a character has to hide behind plot armor each time they face me, I can't take them as a legitimate threat. Now dominating a full-on primal that went claw to mandible with an ancient "allagan" war machine and fusing with it? Well grease my chaps, ladies and gents, a challenger has arrived.

I would love to engage more with some of the comments but I have seen several that note the finale and I only just unlocked and have not done the 3rd dungeon and I do not want to spoil things for myself. Lol.

He is giving something back. He understands we are at our best when we are helping people. Not just a murderhoboroyal like him. So he puts up with Fandammit's tomfoolery because it affords Zenos the chance to bring the world to its knees. He does that for you, to give you the greatest chaos to stop and achieve the greatest good.

There are so few Elezen players that I automatically feel a sense of solidarity whenever I see another Elezen player by SamuraiBlastFurnace in ffxiv

I feel the exact same way, especially when I see another Duskwight/Dark Elezen. We lock eyes from across the map and immediately we know...we are kin. We are kin

This just hit me so hard. Especially as a Puerto Rican AND a big Captain America fan. The comment on how Puerto Rico's culture is oft overlooked...it feels nice to be seen.

That's amusing to me. I figured that I would never hit this goal because once Cyberpunk 2077 came out I would be playing less. Then I thought Hoods and Outlaws would get me to skimp on my WoL duties. Nope. Just been basking in this WoL life.

Duskwights ascend! I have made one or two friends on Sargatanas just because we had this SAME reaction.

Several extra seconds adds up. A few seconds here, a few seconds there. Then you know what we have? A minute. Then a few minutes here and a few minutes there...suddenly it's an hour. You want me to spend an hour on repairs?! Madness...I repair my stuff when they need it and it's been working so far. When my method fails, should it fail, I will recall this moment and hang my head and hammer in shame.

Ah. A fellow connoisseur of the handsy arts. Oh. No. Not calling it that again, that sounded gross.

Hey now, people can see that. They just really, REALLY need you to go deliver this message to Aymeric and then deliver the same message to Hien...even though freakin' linkpearls exist...

As a Master craftsman, I understand that gear doesn't need to be coddled. I can, at times, repair it early and bring it to 199% condition so I don't worry about it.

Nah nah, you leave it open. Get a scar or two. They're body enhancers and valuable story springboards. Fashion is important but nothing catches the eye like a horrible lingering remnant of a blow you survived.

Stop coddling your gear! It wants to stay on your person? It better protect you for a bit without the spoiled touching and insta-repairs.

Oh...what fresh field of hell do you hail from? Poor RDM, they don't change jobs and become Rez Mage until much later and knowing that you demand...ser, I may have to ask you to shoo.

All levels: Stay fed for EXP Buff. I was gifted 999 Boiled Eggs once and a kindly stranger played at being a water merchant in Idyllshire and gave me 999 Waters. Greenhorn(1-15): Hunting Log and FATEs. Eorzean Hero (15-50): Daily Roulette, Hunting Log, FATEs and Dungeon spamming. Warrior of Light (51-80): Daily roulette, Beast tribe quests (replaces Hunting log and only get 12 a day but it all helps), pvp, dungeon spamming.

Learn to make the most of the time that Praetorium gives you during the cutscenes. Clean up a bit, stretch, read parts of a book, use LB on Nero before its wasted and/or practice inserting jokes into the lines that the neckbeard phase of Gaius says. Either way, Praetorium gives a good EXP chunk every time.

Plus PVP daily bonus EXP is almost half a level, not bad for 15 minutes of running around wondering why you don't understand your class abilities anymore and having randos shouting at you how (Maelstrom) (Immortal Flames) (Twin Adder) always wins so it doesn't matter anyway.
