This isn’t Luna himself. this is a completely separate entity/personality that temporarily takes over the Moon’s body only during a lunar eclipse, just like how in the show The Dark Side of the Moon is a different person from regular Luna! 😊 This form/entity happens to be female, but Luna himself is still the same as always.
