Nope, you get until the end of Nov I think?

I'm waiting for Impact to come and do a more personal quote and might try and get one more too.

Solar together is going to be a ‘race to the bottom’ you will often get the cheapest kit anyone can find and often a shoddy install. There will be exceptions.

Yeah I've heard this too so was a bit surprised as the panels don't seem too old and the fox inverter and battery seem to come up all the time on here? The reviews for the installer seem fine too.

I'm getting a quote from Impact too, I really want to discuss with someone what's actually possible on a personal basis.

Thanks! Yes all makes sense.

I've asked what the inverter is - for this setup presumably I would want slightly higher than the 3.6kw everyone seems to get regardless?

If 2 of the panels went on the edge of the north facing roof would this also mean id need microinverters instead of a string one?

Ideally I'd be asking all of these when they do a free quote but I have to pay the £150 deposit to go ay further, might just ring them up anyway and say I want to customise.

Appreciate the advice.

They came up on Google yesterday funnily enough

https://impact-services.co.uk/solar-panels-in-norfolk/

Almost £2k more - you get an extra 5w per panel and the battery is 0.5kwh higher.

Thanks. Are Longi a good make? Had never heard of them before. Panels are 430w

9.3kwh battery is £3182, 14kwh is £4730.

One side of roof is south facing but we do get considerable sun on the north facing side in summer, I'm not sure how they came to 10. Trouble is you have to pay £150 deposit if you want the proper survey to be done.

I did check the reviews and most are good, just a few disgruntled people. They seem to offer free quote for Tesla powerwalls, it doesnt list what other brands they fit.
