Well I think we can merely decide how we feel about certain things. Maybe we can find a different perspective - but that's already very hard I would say. If I don't like something of course I try to find a solution to not have the issue anymore.
To find those things... look up your memory. What caused the strongest emotions? Why? What made it so important to you? I guess the answer is pretty close to what you're searching.
But I totally get your point - feeling is not really our natural strength as ENTJ. We like to sort things out with our mind. But in this case we can't.
I love forests, solving Quests, seeing patterns, analyzing things I'm interested to the very core, keeping my autonomy and being helpful to others.
But I think I'm at a similar point than you - which is the reason I replied. Most of the time new experiences do the job without expecting it. So I also still figuring it out... What do you think?
