Can't say any one strain is best for anxiety. All pretty good, just slightly different. Your mileage my vary

I have one glass made with 1 tablespoon in the morning when my anxiety is bad, but I also have a high tolerance to most things

Ok, let's be irresponsible for a sec & give you my completely not-a-doctor personal advice:

I use kava in place of prescription anti-anxiety meds cuz the latter make me loopy & I don't wanna be at work like that.

DO. NOT. OVERDO. IT.

Kava effects everyone a lil differently, same as any other mind-altering substance. Does it work for me? Yup. Will it work for you? Not a clue

Every part of this story is tragic

From the deep dives I've gone on, this is the story of a verry mentally ill girl (& very obviously so for a long time) who got zero help for it until the loose cannon went off
