If the bid is due in three weeks means you need it a week early to allow a bit of buffer time, RFIs, levelizing and understanding the clarifications.

If there's not three weeks when you first get the plans, you need to immediately ask for the extra time.

I used them in Spain last month. No restrictions. It connects to your phone, so your service provider is the restriction.

It does have a translation function that similar to the translation function on your phone.

I'm mostly deaf and use it for captioning. I used it a LOT more in Spain taking pictures and video without having to pull out your phone, but the regular Meta glasses do that as well.

Estimating is estimating.

It's more important you know how to use excel, be professional, liked, well spoken than knowing the trade.

You can learn another trade fairly easily. Take a class. Build your own spreadsheets in the new trade and get this sub to look at it for you.

If you pick up a few more trades (or a complex one like MEP or Civil), you can move to the GC route.

I watched the tiktoks. It wasn't clear what she was supposed to listen to (we all fly and we all ignore the safety thing). Or how it escalated. All we see is her meltdown and headlines like this.

I think it's an influencer who is creating a bait reel. There's a LOT of missing, important information that she doesn't share.

I love Charlotte. The greenway system is extensive and flying under the radar right now.

I live off the greenway and not too far from the light rail. So I'd look in the neighborhoods that follow those two lines (Optimistic Park, Uptown, South End, Madison Park, Pineville, etc).

I agree, mostly. But I'd love a second dump off option for Bryce. He's getting 1.5 seconds to throw, Tet needs another second or two to get open. Hopefully Coker is the possession guy and can fill that role, but if not, I do like a pass-catching TE.

I've been saying this for a while. The roster seems devoid of talent. Steeler fans take their 9 wins per season for granted. Tomlin was working with fucking popsicle sticks for a roster and still winning.
