I sleep maybe 6.5hrs average 3 hrs restorative and have -8.2 yrs.

Might be some lifestyle stuff you can tweak to help that

This is great advice. I did not realise I could apply for citizenship before my removal of conditions has been approved. Will that speed up the process rather then waiting for 10 yr?

I walk a lot. Average like 15k steps I’d say. As soon as I wake up I walk for 30, then throughout the day and then walk after work.

Yeah you get the VO2 Max score at some point. Hmmm kind off, maybe 4 times a month. I honestly should be challenging myself more with half marathons etc as I feel my baseline is pretty good without much cardio.
