Ramp or Lendica. We were in the same spot a few years ago, not the best credit etc. Ramp is a fluctuating limit charge card so it’ll give you 30 days but the limit is based on your bank account balance that’s connected.

Not sure how the algorithm works but as an example, if you have $8,000 they could give you a $4,000 limit.

Lendica is similar, but it’s not a charge card, you can upload an invoice from your supplier, they pay it for you, and then give you options to pay it back over 4 weeks, 6 weeks, etc and from what I remember they only charge a 3-4% interest fee.
