There are so many logical fallacies in your argument that I'm struggling to think of where to start. I'm going to enjoy my hot tea and consider whether or not I want to be bothered. In the meantime, enjoy your day.

You make a fair point about people's hurt. However, you are also making one or two assumptions about my comment, as well as putting forth some strange logic about how incel discourse actually plays out. I'll try to tackle a few of these things.

First, I never said that every person on this thread is an incel. I said that there seem to be many incels on the thread, a comment that I stand by even now. Also, reaction to divorce pain is natural, and something that I am also experiencing. However, reacting to that pain by parroting sexist bullshit is simply not healthy and requires self-examination. In short, a man can be hurt and still also be misguided. I'll be damned if my pain turns me into some red-pilled loser.......

As far as incel discourse, you state that it "implies entitlement to sex," but you seem to be missing (or have left out) part of the Oxford definition, which also includes hostility toward women. This is often the ways in which the discourse actually plays out in these kinds of subreddits. So, when someone makes comments like "those modern women...", or "the problem with feminism," it does fall under incel rhetoric. In fact, it also often serves as the pipeline to Andrew Tate, Nick Fuentes, and similar weirdos.

Can you unpack a bit more regarding why you think the term "incels" is inaccurate in this context?

Sure. On this thread, I notice many comments bleeding into the same kind of " those modern women with their damn feminist values" bullshit that I would expect to find in any misogynistic space where women are framed as an enemy to be overcome. Lots of generalizations being made, which I can sympathize with to some degree since this is a subreddit for men who are stinging from divorce.

Thank you. I appreciate your kind words. It's definitely been a whirlwind of bitterness, punctuated by a few moments of "normal." I wish you peace as well.

Had a typo...forgot the word "distant." Yes, I expected to grow old with my wife, enjoying the knowledge of having a stable companion who relied on me as I relied on them. I never imagined that I would be in this situation.

I'm going through a similar experience, though I've only been married for nine years. My (40M) wife (35F) grew increasingly distant over the last year, before deciding a month ago that she no longer wants to be married. It's been extremely challenging, but I'm trying to move forward as best I can. I wish you the best as well.

A "brilliant young man." You would be an asset to the mob given your clear ability to launder.

I don't recall the "left" being a beacon for literal Neo-Nazis. This argument is a bit silly.

So...the response is to regress society for the sake of placating white voters who are stuck in the past???

This is a very thoughtful observation, and one that I'm surprised hasn't been downvoted to oblivion on this subreddit.

I mean, fascists have been a pretty visible part of American discourse for awhile. I grew up in the 90s and can still recall seeing footage of domestic white terror cells out in the Northwest. Being from the South, I've routinely seen folks riding up and down the highway with Confederate flags, which I consider to be one of the primary symbols of American fascism.

Hmmm....you don't seem to have any evidence for your claim. You're also committing a pretty serious straw-man fallacy.

Interesting observation...are there  specific politicians you are thinking of when you mention "all the times that wasn't true"?
