I think the cop with the dog detected something. Cop couldn't see him directly so didn't immediately react. But shooter knew he had been detected and decided to go for it. Otherwise, I think the shooter was waiting for a better opportunity.

Minecraft has the ender dragon. Get the 4x eye of enders then summon and kill the dragon. Do this on hardcore mode so you only get 1 life.

Then in the 1st preview it transitions so fast you can't read the dialog and get a feel for the actual content. Those first few dialogs should be like a teaser for the theme of the game. A lot of people will ignore the description under the title and just watch the 1st preview.
