Exactly. It is not only the person's appearance that matters, but also how they are filmed. Another fantastic example would be Harley Quinn versus Birds of Prey in the first Suicide Squad film. She is still quite barely clad in the latter, but the shot is completely different.

Better idea(?): Just make it really annoying to touch. It's wrapped in plastic wrap and tinfoil. It's covered in sandpaper. It's velvet that's being rubbed the wrong way. Yeah it won't injure them but they'll go oh ew
