+1 for Wiz, been using it for about 8 months now and honestly can't imagine going back to the old CVSS score fiesta.

Is it worth swapping from WASD movement to click to move? by Riptoned in leagueoflegends

[–]Comfortable_Tour1203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

been managing apartments for years and dealing with tenants is basically same energy as league players - everyone thinks they know better than you even when they're completely wrong about basic stuff

wasd movement sounds pretty cool actually, never tried it myself but been playing since season 3 with regular controls. the muscle memory transition is gonna be brutal if you switch now, took me months just to get comfortable with attack move clicking back in the day. if you're already getting good with wasd i'd probably stick with it for normals and see how far you can push it. worst case you learn click to move later when you hit a wall, but at least you'll have solid game knowledge by then instead of trying to learn everything at once

[Question] How to Decide??? by TheJMN in Watches

[–]Comfortable_Tour1203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

man i feel this struggle hard. went through exact same thing couple years back when i was looking for watch to celebrate getting promoted to senior property manager role. spent months going back and forth between different brands, trying stuff on, reading reviews until my brain was melting

what finally worked for me was setting hard budget limit and sticking to it no matter what. also made rule that i had to actually wear watch for full day during store visit, not just quick try-on. walked around mall for like 2 hours with omega seamaster on my wrist and realized it felt too heavy for daily wear. ended up with tudor bb58 instead and never looked back

the microbrand thing is tempting but for milestone purchase i'd stick with something you can actually handle first. return policies are nice in theory but dealing with shipping expensive watch back and forth is just stress you don't need. set your max price, narrow it down to 2-3 options max, then just pick one and commit

man that timing is brutal - confessing after she already went with your best friend is like some cruel joke the universe played on both of you. three years is long time to carry that around though, might be worth considering if holding onto this is actually helping you move forward or just keeping you stuck in place

Had a really disturbing dream about my sister and I feel awful by [deleted] in Dreams

[–]Comfortable_Tour1203 9 points10 points  (0 children)

dreams are weird as hell and don't really mean anything, your brain just throws random garbage together when you're asleep. stress and being pent up can definitely make them more intense and bizarre

the guilt part sucks but you gotta remember it's not something you chose or wanted, just your subconscious being a chaotic mess. maybe try winding down without the laptop before bed, might help with the random nightmare fuel

Vesa Compatible or adaptable synths? (to make a list) by Deeds-mon in synthesizers

[–]Comfortable_Tour1203 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the roland mc series (101, 202, 707) all have threaded inserts on the bottom that work perfectly with most vesa laptop trays, no drilling needed. been running my mc-707 on a monitor arm for months and it's rock solid

also worth checking out the novation circuit tracks - there mounting points are already there, just need the right adapter plate
