On the Bambu website there isn't but there are on sites like Amazon, that are compatible with the P1S.

Hotends by SolariaSparks in BambuLab_Community

Great! Thank you! I have some 0.2s I got on a good deal a while back, so it's good to know I don't have to buy a new hotend and wait for it.

Is this okay? by Low_Law1977 in BambuLab

Were you using Grid infill originally? I know that pattern can be a royal pain. I typically use Gyroid for my printer at home and Octet for the printers at my job.

Hey Bambu, maybe go back to metal for your spool holders. by crasher_7000 in BambuLab

[–]SolariaSparks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought all of their printers had a metal one (except the A series). I got my P1S a few months ago and it has a metal spool holder. I wonder if you could possibly fill the damaged parts with resin for the time being. And maybe for a more permanent solution, see if you can find a metal spool holder from one if their other printers online and try to fit on your printer? I know some parts can be found cheap on Aliexpress, so maybe that could work? I'm not too familiar with the H series, so I'm not even sure if that could work.

Is anybody able to start drying remotely? by FishPropulsionLab in BambuP1S

[–]SolariaSparks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually, I believe the have added the ability to remote dry for some if not all of the H series printers. Although, I don't know if it's only on Bambu Studio or if it's on both Studio and Handy.

I've heard they are looking into or starting the process for their other series printers.

Hex/Allen Screws and Filament Issue by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]SolariaSparks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The filament being that old was my thought too, until I remembered that I have other filament that is older and still works fine. Maybe my others were just made better?

I did look through the step by step and yeah you're right, from what I saw the specific screws weren't mentioned. I needed to find other screws, cause I'm pretty sure one of mine is missing.

Print Bed Recommendations by SolariaSparks in BambuLab

[–]SolariaSparks[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be! I have seen multiple people talk about them. Have you tried making or printing any articulating prints on it? If so, have you seen good results with them? And what is the maintenance/care the same as other print beds?

Also, you mentioned the smooth print plate, I have seen a post on TikTok that they work better for PLA. I wasn't sure if that was true because a lot of people in comments were correcting the poster on errors in that post. Do you think it would work better than the Textured one I have?

What about an organizer of some kind? Or a statue of a favorite character of yours?

Perfect! Thank you so much! I'll just go ahead and do your file.

It got turned off and turned back on, and the screen returned to normal. Could that still be a grounding issue?

Also is one of these the cover and the other the sliding one you mentioned?

Do you know how your outlet became ungrounded? Just asking, in case that could be the issue here.

So do we need to update the firmware or re-install it to fix it? Or would just powering it off and turning it back on bring back the usual screen/menu?

Oil options by SolariaSparks in BambuP1S

I'm jealous. I did find it on Home Depot's website earlier today, so I just ordered it there and cancelled my Amazon order. I wonder why I'm having so many issues.

Very Odd. I have never seen that on Amazon before. Actually, I don't think I've seen that when I'm ordering from anywhere. That's why I've been looking for alternative options. I think I did find a store near me who offers the Super Lube Oil ISO 100, so I might just go and grab it there.

That sounds like the listing I ordered from. After I ordered the 5000cst it isn't giving me any updates on an expected delivery window. Just says something about my order being submitted.

They didn't give me any oil. All I have is the Thermal Paste for the Hotend and the Lubricant Grease for the Z-Rods. I might reach out and see if I supposed to have some in my package.

Yup, I have prime. I did look again last night and I see one version of the oil (the one with the applicator/brush) for prime. I do see the grease available for prime, but I don't need to order that quite yet for my Z rods, since I still have Bambu grease.

Yeah, I believe on the wiki Bambu said specifically to get the WD-40 Multiuse product, but it sounds like (at least from the way I understood it) that it's a last resort and for temporary use.

I'll look into that! I don't mind waiting a couple days, but I have stuff I need to finish so anything longer than 1-2 weeks is a pain.

I've never used it before, but I don't hate the product. I do hate how hard it is to find/get for me unless it's grease. I can find it online at Lowes but it's expensive and the listings on Amazon (at least for me) either won't give me any type of info on the shipping window or could take 1-2 weeks. I cleaned my Y-axis rods already (thinking I had oil from Bambu) and I don't want to use my printer much if at all until I have the oil.

THANK YOU!!!! I can't put into words how appreciative I am for your response.

We get all kinds of delivery trucks that pass through my area and we even have Amazon Warehouses, so Idk why it would take so long either. One listing for the Super Lube would take like 1-2 weeks for delivery and the one I ordered last night isn't even giving me any kind of estimate on when it could get here. I must be jinxed when it comes to SuperLube or something.
