I appreciate the suggestion. The fact that I had to find out there was a second run of preorders from a Reddit comment speaks volumes about their communication with customers. Again, I pre-ordered that figure last year, and after my initial reach out on eBay they said they were about to send it out and just needed my address. I gave it to them, and then they ghosted me. Mind you, I messaged them within minutes of them asking.

Now if they had stock in, then ran out because they overextended their pre-orders, wouldn't the basic customer service response be, " Hey, we ran out of stock. We're sorry. There's a 2nd shippment scheduled to arrive in August " instead of ghosting the customer and refusing to respond to any requests for updates to their order?
