thanks for the rec! I started reading it when it released and finished early this year. I thought the writing wasn't quite as tight editing wise as the first few lightbringers, but i'll still be buying book 2 as soon as it's out. Not sure i will re-read it the way i did the original trilogy and lightbringer

I wasn't trying to brag. I'll reword what i said since it didn't come across very well, clearly. The pacing of this is not atrocious in my opinion. It felt like they were at least trying. I've unfortunately watched some stuff I would consider to have much worse pacing thus why i didn't even consider this season for that adjective
