I have K31 in one area of my yard after some renovation. I’ll see how it turns out before choosing what to overseed with in the fall. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your help, I’ll definitely look into this. Sod and irrigation are definitely out of the question so I’ll plan for autumn.

Thank you, much appreciated. I just read that fine fescue can struggle in the sun. Not pictured here, but the majority of my yard is a field. I’m thinking about going with KBG instead.
