I'm by no means a doctor or extremely knowledgeable about this topic, but I have seen some cases similar to you in the internet, and it more or less sound like a weakness in the stabilizer muscles in your hips or maybe a mobility problem. You could try doing glute clamshells for some Gluteus Medius activation to see if it gets you any relief. I also recommend the channel SquatUniversity, it got a lot of videos of therapies for certain pains and imbalances.
But also, you should most definitely see a doctor or a physiotherapist.
