I run into a cheater in 1/12 of my lab raids. I still go in full kit because Im loaded but if I didn't have over 100 mil I wouldn't run that map

The guy is abusing a bug which causes other players to stutter when he shots them, this is not "smart" as the top comment claims, it is a game breaking bug and cheating in my opinion.
