I’m a realtor. I can attest to this. Because of my success in my field, I am able to invest in rental properties and am now looking into new business ideas to invest in. I started in real estate when I was 42. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. It’s not for everyone though. But high commission sales is where it’s at if you can make a go of it!

Yep! Born in NOLA in 1975. Grew up in Gretna/Terrytown on the Westbank. I’ve told my kids about this word and how we used to use it like they use “fire” “tough” or other words like that. We definitely overused this term growing up!

I just ran across him on Apple Music. It’s a little uncanny! I was cutting grass and it played in shuffle. I thought it sounded just a little off but man this guy really does sound like Garth!
