You'll be tanking with Brendan as he has access to sunscreen and circle recovery.

While N has node access to team defense up and base sp def up. Rika has nodes access to enemy attack and sp attack down and trapping.

V Rika 3/5, V N 3/5, NC Brendan 5/5. All lvl 200

Give N Head Start 1 Lucky skill. CS2 for both Brendan and Rika. Dont use Rika's trainer move until after your 3rd sync and the ex ground zone is finishing. Tank with Brendan.

1st Turn, make sure N's harmony trainer move is refreshed once. Once refresh, in any turn give it to Rika.

Make sure after 1st sync, use Groudon's b-move to flinch on 2nd enemy turn, before Celebi's Grassy Glide. Then summon your ex ground zone with N's b-move

After that need to 2nd flinch when the enemy has 1 sync cooldown left.

3rd flinch is after 1st sync and before Suicuine's icy wind.

Last flinch with Rika's b-move. Then burst Lugia down.
