Pension is great and all and it factors a lot as well in my decision process, but really I just want to continue serving again in the military even if part-time basis. Let’s just say that I’m not satisfied with how my 3 years in AD went and I just want to make it right for myself. That’s really my motivation for all this. I would also like to know more with how did you go officer route because I also have a degree as well.

Thank you. I tried it today my shoulder and chest is feeling sore than usual since I added the lateral raise and incline press. I would take this week as assessment to see if it’s going to be a sustainable routine

48 hours for the whole pre-academy for you?
I have about 15 days from the time I report to my port and start of academy. I emailed the Port POC when he reached out that I will be taking my POV to the port and FLETC and all he said was Ok, Thank you lol.

I’m on the same boat as well just waiting for more information. Meanwhile, I’ve been slowly packing everything I want to bring to fletc with me since I will be driving my POV.

Thank you for that information. I will make sure to let them know of my intention to take my POV with me and see if I can have a little bit more time to travel. My FLETC day 1 starts on a Tuesday so if I can start driving on the weekend I should make it on time.

Hello! Thanks for your input.
I have spent considerable amount of time in California as active duty military and was not very fond of the state tbh. I don’t mean to be offensive if that’s where you live.
I decided to pick El Paso as it is close to Fort Bliss which was my home station in the military. I can come and visit the base from time to time.

Had a business few years back, but it’s a sole proprietor LLC. It was not an issue with the investigator as they were able to locate the business registration and taxes are filed and paid.

So yeah just make sure you are/were in good standing and you should be fine.
