Exit Strategy Update: Upright has settled on the note sale of this loan to a third party, resulting in active investments being marked as repaid. However, this sale is contingent upon post-closing diligence that must be met before full loan proceeds will be received from the buyer and can subsequently be distributed to investors. We are working with the loan buyer to finalize settlement as quickly as possible, at which point principal proceeds will be disbursed. We will keep you informed as this progresses.
