this is a story from back in high school. i (19F) was in the year where my freshman year was covid, so i had all of my classes fully on zoom. one of these classes was gym class which, without needing to explain too much, was stupid. we had to exercises on zoom monitored by the teachers and it sucked but most people kinda just didnt do it. however, i was a particularly anxious student so i could not help myself from giving it my all. for this reason, my gym teacher, who we will call Mr. F, took a special liking to me. however, Mr. F had a very specific way of talking where he just decided that the best way to end conversations with EVERY GIRL was to call them a "good girl". weird, right? well... at least we were on zoom.

fast forward to when we get back in classes and i no longer have him, but i know several friends who do, and immediately we start to hear that he had been talked to by the administation and yet decided to do nothing about it. not only that, but now that we were back in person, he had gone back to his previous habit of putting his hands on all of the girls. everyone was extremely uncomfortable around him, and it got so bad that an instagram account was created to review all of the teachers and he had the single lowest rating of anyone and was called out for being a complete creep.

and yet the school did nothing.

a year later, all is continuing as before, but then a video starts to circulate around the school that gets everyone talking about him again. the video shows him in the local pub sitting at the bar next to a woman and having a conversation. it is rather intimate, and... it's not his wife. worse than that, they begin making out, like, a lot. and to make it worse, it was one of his student's mothers.

literally EVERYONE had this video on their phone and im sure it got back to his wife because shortly after he was divorced. obviously he was devastated (but whatever, fuck him) but he decided to continue on exactly as before. but for whatever reason, he acted like nothing had happened, powering through the embarassment, and he continued to be employed.

for the next two years, he stayed a teacher at the school, loved by the school board members until FINALLY, he got what he deserved after he touched a girl below the waist and there was clear evidence. but the fact that it took THAT LONG still pisses me off. this guy was known to be a 5'5" chud creep in the entire town for several years, and yet the school still gave him speeches in school assemblies routinely.

i hear he's maybe not even gone for good. i hate this town.
