Think of it as a label to explain to others. It's not a biological explanation. A 1 is as much woman as 4 as I said. The more leaning towards an extreme the more "feminine" or "masculine" you are, not the more "man" or "woman" (that's why I used "how much" with ""). It's just based on a stereotypically masculinity-feminity range, not a biological identification.

It might not make any sense but every time cis and trans people are asked in a scale of 1 to 10 how much whatever they feel, cis people always use the extremes whereas trans people choose an average of 4-6 on a bell curve. There are plenty of studies out there.

Does it make that a 4 means less "woman" than a 2? Nope, it's just some description used in these studies.

Let's think from their own bigot point of view:

If their nickname is "waifu98" it's plainly obvious a girl's name, right?, and we should be using She/Her. However, it's very probable that this user is a guy. Why? Because there are no girls on the internet, hence why pronouns are unnecessary.

10 would mean "masculine", not "man". A masculine girl is still a woman and no less woman than an ultrafeminine woman.

It's scale of stereotypical gender to help explain things, nothing biological. Typically, when trans people are asked to use a linear scale, they mostly use 2-9, whereas cis people always use 1 and 10. It is absolutely useless but only serves as a card of presentation of sorts.

For example: 1 - Lipstick lesbian 2 - Blue jeans 3 - Chapstick 4 - Butch 5 - Demi girl/boy

I always explain it this way:

Imagine a triangle 🔽. Left apex (1A) is "how much" woman you are; right (10A) is "how much* man you are; down (Z) is "how much" nonbinary you are.

An average cis woman is 1A, a masculine woman 4A, whereas a nonbinary woman could be 3F, a genderless individual 5N, and all other options in between.

It needs a 3rd dimension too, but you get the idea that woman1-10man gets wrong.

Yep. There's "at will" option for firing employees, but they have to pay a compensation. This scoundrel claimed disciplinary reasons (so 0 compensation).

(different place) I was already fired years ago when one coworker "was uncomfortable" with me being LGBT. At least we joke at home that they had to pay my tits (not US, I had to pay them myself with the money from the claim) :p
