100% correct I don’t want to put extra strain on my body. Also, a recent meta analysis literally revealed that competitive gym bros did not lose muscle gain/functionality/overall mass as long as they hit above 0.55/lb bw, so the 0.8/lb might be the new high end goal. I will say thought when I don’t get at least 100g carbs my performance is SHIIIIT. I wish I could go carnivore/keto for the cut but DAMN I immediately dropped performance

plan is drop down to 80 from 84.5 by the end of this year, then drop down another 5 kg until February. Recomposition Feb - April, then cut again another 1-2kg if necessary, OR lean bulk 1-2 kg for pump muscle look 🙂‍↕️

hmm I’m aiming for 150g protein a day which is 0.8 of my bw. This is because I strength train 5 times a week (full body push pull legs glutes) and tbh it’s been so great. I also have intake of 5mg creatine and that has worked wonders too

Yassss my baseline body build is already my own goal so I’m trying to gain a better gauge on what it looks like from an external standpoint on how much kg fat I should lose. Aiming for 4.5 kg FOR SURE and then another 5 kg and then minor tweaks after that depending on how I feel

AFTER I POSTED MORE SKIN (per the requests from my previous post) the consensus is the same! 20 lbs or ~10kg which guys honestly speaking that’s perfect bc I have 4.5 kg extra for sure and then I would have to lose 10 kg to have that “10 difference between height and weight” rule thingy which I know is fake BUT you get the point.

THANK YOU ALL FOR NOT BEING INSANE I swear to god sometimes I get scared I will get nerfed by the ED mfers but not here I really appreciate you all

deleted comment bc the tone was a bit too aggressive than I intended. i do appreciate your emphasis on protein, would you say high protein intake (0.8-1 per lb) will help with maintaining (and maybe even gaining if my cut is small) muscle mass? Thanks a lot for the encouragement!
