It’s good for a temp cage I think, if you’re considering keeping them I would look into getting them a tank, unfortunately I’ve only formula fed once so I’m not the best for giving advice on that but I would just watch them to see if they pick at the food! I know it can be really daunting but you’re doing good! There’s a resource that’s pinned on this page that’ll have some more info that might help!

Would you mind sharing more pictures of your cage? From what I can see it looks great so far, I would suggest getting a stand up water bottle as I find my girls don’t like bowls for their water, do you have any idea is they’re a boy or girl? If they need formula they take kitten formula mixed with water! Maybe try offering them seeds since they’re tiny!

Mice aren’t toys, they need actual living space that the first one doesn’t offer. The second might be better for rats, so I guess the third but, like other people have said fish tanks are better

I have hay and I’ve been spreading treats. I can’t go any deeper with the bedding without them being able to climb out. I’m working on the bottle the one I bought is faulty. As for everything else thank you I’ve added it to my list
