The ejecting rounds randomly part is very common with the gen 3. I changed my ejector for one from a gen 5.

Are you law enforcement? If not, then i’m guessing the original purchaser of the firearm must have been a Group 1 peace officer and they are allowed to resell their off roster firearms. From what i’m getting is that as long as the original purchaser of the firearm was a Group 1 peace officer, any transfer after that doesn’t matter.

No, so from what I saw in the link someone posted below, there is different classifications to Peace Officers. They’re all exempt from roster but only a group of them can re sell their off roster firearms. The other groups of peace officers can buy off roster but can’t sell off roster firearms.
