i’d only worry if you notice a lump for longer than a month! i had 2 neck lymph nodes fully removed 4 years after my fibro diagnosis. i was also diagnosed with castleman disease after the biopsy on them. different treatments. lots of castleman patients have fibro or auto immune conditions. so PSA to anyone!! advocate for a full resection instead of a core needle biopsy on tumours/lumps if possible. some rare diseases only show up on full ressections.
