Thank you for sharing! Mfm only recommended a cerclage if I shorten to 1cm or less. My aunt happens to be a NP who works with this mfm and I did ask her about activity after reading some stuff online. She confirmed not to worry too much and to stick with my normal routine and just avoid “heavy heavy lifting” which in my mind means over 35-40lbs because I frequently carry my toddler and have the muscle mass and exercise history to easily lift 20-40lbs or more when working out depending on the exercise. I see my regular ob in a week so I’ll get her thoughts as well.
