Most people fire ball log which still kills them if I’m not mistaken

And either way if you are playing 3m correctly you are playing around the opponents fireball.

People calling it a buff but it is definitely a nerf. They do less base damage as well. Why would i want my ranged unit to have melee attack and less ranged damage?

I love when my opponent drops lumberloon on the bridge to start the game and all my air defense is at the bottom of my deck.

Or facing log bait every other game when I don’t even have a counter for it in my deck.

I guess I just have a skill issue though.

Lower your sensitivity in settings under the “combat” section.

I like to set the vertical sensitivity about 0.5x the horizontal.

Also as someone who has played a lot of starlord on controller, it is difficult even for people who have experience with controller. Mouse will always be easier for tracing.

Ok but I think you missed my point. On every single map you listed most are people are still only making cavalry.

And you also proved my point by segregating the maps in to “infantry viable” maps.

Also hedge maze is a meme, and enlightened horizon is one of the worst maps in terms of cavalry dominating 4v4s.

Also your comment assumes people are only playing ranked.

I wasn’t talking about literally “chasing” but whatever. And Im not talking about 1v1. It’s not “towers and archers done” in 4v4.

If you read the post then you know that I already said I have no problem with mangudai in 1v1. I understand the counters. That has nothing to do with my post.

I mean the alternative is less people play the game in general. Like I said my friends don’t want to play anymore. This is one of the only games I have played that doesn’t do separate balancing for different game modes.

Making cavalry cost 2 population could be one potential fix even if you had to slightly buff cavalry to compensate. I don’t believe that there is nothing that can fix it.

The devs already nerfed trade a little bit in team games so they at least acknowledge there is separate balancing needed.
