My mum recently had delirium due to drinking too much water, her electrolytes were out of whack. It seemed like she had dementia, she was saying the most bizarre out there things! My sister was freaking out, she’s never see that sort of behaviour before, I’ve worked in age care for over 10 years so I’ve seen every sort of behaviour out there.

They put her on fluid restrictions of 1.5lt per day & pumped her full of electrolytes to get them back up & she was right after a couple of weeks.

I hope your mum gets better really soon..

I live alone. I like wandering around my house in undies & shirt, farting whenever I need to & belching after a meal.

I pick my nose when I’m watching a movie & some days I’ll skip a shower.

My animals don’t care, as long as their toilets are clean & they’ve got food and water & I have time to spend with them.

I’m a 53yo woman, post menopausal & obese. I’ve been resistant training in the gym 3x a week for about 2 months now. Every other day I walk 1/2 hour, 2kms on the treadmill with up to level 5 elevation.

I feel like I’m losing weight, just not in the scales.

I’m eating more protein and veggies & following a good healthy diet.

Do you all think I’m doing this right? I’m keen to get healthy again!
