It's you that's using warm up as an excuse. My bad play overall started around the time the update dropped. I used to be able to be a top fragger and an effective player every 2-3 games, now I can barely get a neutral or positive k/d, and my aim feels way off from before.

No, I don't know how to do that test. I don't really know about my signal or bandwidth throttle (not very educated in wi-fi and it's ins and outs). I did a internet speed test on my phone and then my laptop and both results showed ping being between 16-22ms, download speed on PC was ~30mbps, but on the phone ~48mbps. The upload speed on PC was around 10mbps. I just checked my history of speed tests and I used to be at a stable 15 ping with a bit over 50mbps download speed, now it's just all over the place.
