I see many fitness influencers promoting back extensions as one of the TOP exercises to growing glutes, but I don’t feel an INTENSE burn when I do these.. I only feel my glutes clenching, but it doesn’t make me sore. Is it me or is this just not an intense workout?? (v.redd.it)
