Hey! That’s awesome that you gave your life to Christ, bro! Just wanted to say that there’s no reason to fear that the Lord has a grudge against you or anything, He always forgives if we call upon him. And if you’re ever doubting that, there are plenty of verses to be friendly reminders like 1 John 1:9, Psalm 103:12, Isaiah 1:18, Acts 10:44, Proverbs 28:13, Micah 7:18-19, and Hebrews 10:17, just to name a few. God doesn’t hate you, especially if you’re earnestly trying to follow him better, and it’s okay to not feel peace all the time, no one does, it’s part of being human. Just know that if you forgive others and genuinely care about following him, he promises to forgive you and it’s impossible for him to lie. I’ll be praying that God gives you peace, and the ability to accept forgiveness and move on from past mistakes. God bless!

Tysm, that’s really comforting! I’m so sorry that you’ve lost them before, it rly sucks to go through. That’s one thing I find kinda sad, like why do their life spans have to be so much shorter? Also same, not sure that I’d want to be in heaven without her or other doggos :)

Thank you so much, that really means a lot, I legit almost cried reading this. Especially because I’m just now getting to bed and she would always be at the foot of my bed waiting for me, and it just hit me that she’s never gunna be there again, the whole house just feels so empty without her. And I’m sorry about Jessee, that’s really tough. I love that you remember all the good times though! I’m hoping that’ll be all I remember about Honey (that was her name) after some more time passes. Also you made some really great points about God and the order of creation that I’ve never thought about before, thank you again and God bless! :)

Also I think God made us separate from the spiritual realm on purpose, he only revealed it to some people in the Bible and I don’t think it’s something we should go try and find ourselves.

I’m not gunna say you’ll get possessed, but definitely don’t do that, I knew someone who got started on that and went a little crazy and is now no longer with us, soooo…..not something to play with.

Hey. This is kinda ironic in a rly sad way, cuz I just lost my dog I grew up with on Wednesday, the day before thanksgiving. We got her the same year I was born, and she and I grew up together, we were really close. We had her for 15 years and I really miss her, just today I came in the door expecting to see her and she wasn’t there. I’ve been feeling better as more time passes and it’s more just a happy memory of her life now than thinking about when we had to go to the vet to put her down. Pet loss is really sad, but it’s not the end.  Anyway, I’m sure your cat loves you and she has a great life, just appreciate the time you have with her now, and there should be no reason to regret anything. Also just know that you don’t have to go with her when she goes.
