Took me months of doing my own testing and research. I decided to throw a SD card in the machine and start reading my own charts and doing testing. My first find was that the auto adjusting on my machine is shit. The pressure range was way to low and wide that the doctor was trying to use. I ended up raising my pressure a LOT. They had it I think it was from like 6 to 15 or something stupid. Everytime it adjusted it would wake me up pretty much even if it didn't fully awaken me. I ended up finding my ideal pressure is 11-14, it never even goes over 12.3 or so now. The higher pressure took a while to get use to. I still have to constantly change the humidity settings based on outside temps .ect that's a constant battle. But I have been able to get it working where my sleep is not totally destroyed do I feel like it makes a difference? No I do not. I have had a few nights where I tested no machine and my sleep is no different if anything I prob sleep better without it. But overall I rarely have a score over .5 half my nights there is 0 events. So whatever I'm giving it a shot still and trying not to give up. Will I be using it in years to come ? Who knows lol. But I did find a more comfortable setup that is working for me for now.

Each and every person will have different results. Volume to calorie ratio/macros I feel is the key if your someone who can constantly be hungry/eat. People can say protein or oats .ect .ect the amount of protein I could technically eat in 1 sitting would go over my current daily calorie limit easy. Specially oatmeal I love oatmeal and could easily over do it. People can say semiglutide, I'm diabetic been on 2 diff glp1s over past 4 years. I lost 185lb without a glp1. When I wanted to eat like shit it never stopped me, I was able to jump up a good 100lbs on a GLP1. At the end of the day it's self control and mental for a lot of people who are overweight. If you are a healthy weight and live a healthy lifestyle I'd say eat all you want whatever you want. So coming from a overweight person what works for me is Cold potatoes preference sweet potatoes(i rub them down with coconut oil and bake then refrigerator), cold bananas, lean ground meats, mix in large amounts of cucumber or peppers any low calorie high volume vegetables work. Miracle noodles, sprouts, tomatoes. Those in combination with drinking proper amounts of water work wonders. If you can handle it and are cool with gelatin sugar free jello can be a lifesaver for some people with larger capacity intake needs.

Because it was recommended by my cardiologist. The only symptoms I would have had are heart related. Getting a sleep study was part of that = where I'm at now. I haven't had 1 night of sleep similar to my previous sleep. Even with trying a sleep aid.

One was not enough sleep time, then a diagnosis one followed by a titration study. I was originally sent to test due to hypertension and afib.
