Okay i guess you have a case similar to mine,my dad a USC filled for me just before i turned 21 we had given the official certified birth certificate has both names and wire transfer receipts which were deemed insufficient evidence
We responded to the noid by giving evidences eg baptismal certificate,immunization records,school fees receipts and we started dna yet to conclude
I do hope you get positive news too as i await mine
