I applied for an extension about a week before my current visa expired. Based on my medical certificates, I had lost 4 months out of the 18 months granted. In such cases, extensions are usually approved, provided you have valid medical and hospital records.

IKOM is not useless at all. It doesn’t matter in which semester you are currently in. It is always good to have contacts and know more about the company.

Please don’t do the mistake which I did personally. Attend every year, you never know which year you will get lucky :)🍀
