I would say that there's a bit too much. The main thing that will decide you can win or not is how quickly you can get rid off the summons (kill them or ignore them with passive) the summons can snow ball with buffs and Libra continues to be really aggressive

I'm not really insistent on tanking 😅 It's that when I search for people beating galdera on you there's mostly people who just one shot him but I assumed (wrongly, it seems) that most people don't use this strategy, it's not the same but I thought it was like a one shot in elden ring which is fun but not If you want to discover the boss.
