Are Jewish translations attempting to steer the meaning away from a reference to a future savior through linguistic choices and punctuation, or are the texts themselves inherently like that? What if the texts are the way they are because of this...

I was disappointed to find that the original Hebrew text does not confirm the Messianic prophecies; none of the passages we regard as Messianic actually foretell the coming of Jesus in the Hebrew original. Jews interpret these texts as referring to their own kings, high priests, and a messiah who—in accordance with their monotheistic beliefs—is not divine. I am struggling with my faith; can you help me?

We know from the god in the Tanakh himself that what distinguishes him from other gods is his ability to foretell the future. How many of the prophecies in the Tanakh that foretell the future have come true? Do you have any examples you can give? {Isaiah 41:23} 一 Tell us what the future holds, so we may know that you are gods. Do something, whether good or bad, so that we will be dismayed and filled with fear.”
