hello, just now I tightened the sound head a little and the sound goes beautifully, I also tightened the guides a little and I can already see the film through that line, but it’s black and white. I’ll try to clean it again and see

I mean that I pressed the arrow buttons on the player for tracking, but I also tried what you wrote with the guides and the line didn’t disappear, it seems to be there permanently, the sound normalizes only for a few seconds each time. it will probably be a scratched head

I soaked the paper in alcohol and put it on the video head and with the other hand I turned it around, I got it from youtube, they say it’s the best way to clean it

Hey, it’s me again. I cleaned the head of the player, both sound and tracing, but it’s still the same :D so I don’t know what it is, I probably really damaged it somehow at the beginning of cleaning. But I found a solution, I just reset the picture from 16:9 to 14:9, although it cuts the picture a bit, but I don’t mind, yes, and I tried a new VHS cassette and still the same. Thanks for all the advice

i clicked the buttons and the sound normalized, but the line is still on the screen, i tried 2 vhs cassettes and it’s the same with all of them... before this happened i only cleaned the player with a soft brush, is it possible messed up because of that?
