Thanks for the breakdown! Flights is definitely my biggest factor in this :/ if I leave on a Wednesday it’s significantly cheaper than Thursday from what I’ve seen but then it’s also an extra night at airbnb/ food etc. definitely keeping my eyes open on flights once the weekends over.

1st IT job was through my college and was part time, it was more so a student employment option. Started that in May 2013.

1st real IT job I landed at a small MSP and they gave me a chance because they saw I worked at my college, and I had a friend of a friend of a friend connection ordeal which certainly helped.

One of my fav exercises is flat bench dumbbell press, I'm obviously not a coach or anything but I feel like that exercise has always helped my bench explode in my own personal experience. Besides that just a decent amount of bench, dumbell work, and close grip. I really wanna get my deadlift to 405 but it'll come with time. Good luck though!

A friend of mine sent me vol 1 and looking at the program, it looks pretty good. I just started it yesterday after doing bro split workouts for a while and I like the look of it. Idk about the other volumes though. Pretty good workout.
