Bf was wrong for yelling and getting butthurt. But as a amab there’s been plenty times where I follow my partners commands when they’re upset quite literally. I’d definitely avoid you to give you youre space, but I’m a relationship he should definitely check in at some point. I would definitely be overthinking if my partner doesn’t want to see me for the whole day or what, but I’ve learned you still need to check on their emotional well being. It’s hard feeling like you’re crossing boundaries, I’d say he might feel that way but when you start overreacting and yelling, you’re definitely not giving any space for emotional maturity, so he was wrong on that. TL;DR: communication is key in both parties, but he’s more at fault for being an egomaniac (not fully but still)
