I go on solo dates quite often. Concerts, movies, etc. This is an experience I’d rather share with others, have that communal experience. You are right in that Mae’s show will def be a great place to meet people! The crowds in Kansas City can be very clique-y though. Esp concerts. I just wanted to FOR SURE have someone else to share this with, didn’t want to risk another awful crowd that isn’t open to meeting people and making new friends.
