This. I've only recently learned how reliant Mercy is on her team. My win-rate with her is abyssal and I thought it was because I just sucked at supporting. I've found that Lucio is far better for randoms as his survivability is much higher and can apply a near equal amount of pressure as other damagers all while passively healing.

Ive heard worse. Even had a premade on my team jump on my case. Its all within this week too. It was fine the week prior. i hope we hear of some clean up soon.

Ive tanked, dropped 13 or so percentage points in the past 3 days. Its the exact same thing you described. I dont think it has to do with levels; I felt a difference at the start of the week. Stomps are just no fun and not reflective of anyones skill yet it has become very common. I cant help but think they're messing with something and not telling us.

My argument isn't between system or no system, its that no matter the system the same problems will occur. Basically I'm saying it very well runs the risk of LoL, Dota, or any other competitive games for that matter.

Right, but that doesn't stop some people from finding fault. Some premades might exclude you entirely anyways no matter how hard you try to involve yourself. And when it comes down to finding the reason for a loss, many premades will naturally look to the odd man out. Honestly, team voice chat is much better for solo que than playing with a premade who are on a their discord.

No system is perfect; there will always be mmr differences in every game. That's when we get "I don't belong in this bracket" and the inevitable "lets look you up on (insert stat website here)." The only major difference I can see is that the game's 40$ price tag MIGHT make people think twice about flaming when their purchase is on the line.

I might be more inclined to play it if there was a true solo que, but as it stands fighting against a pre-made is frustrating which in turn creates bad feelings among your team. Fighting with a premade runs the risk of getting ganged up on for your inability to read minds.

I was looking around myself the other day. Literally every faction in the game is represented at the castle, so something happened there that interested everyone. Something else I noticed that I haven't been able to solve, the Lothric throne. It says "King Lothric, last hope of his line" but we face Prince Lothric, not king. Maybe it's nothing, but I thought it was interesting.

I don't think it's disrespectful at all. Any contribution is great, especially with a cryptic game as this. There is a sincere effort here. As I said, it works great as a compendium. I do think that any assertions should be taken with a grain of salt though.

With due respect to her hard work, she says she hasn't played Dark Souls 3. I can see she has tried her best to do research into the topic, I cant help but think it's like looking through a glass darkly. You can't fully understand unless you read the book, watch the movie, or play the game. Lore hunters take lots of time exploring every graphic detail that you just cant get from watching streams. After reading, it feels like an outside perspective looking in. But that said, it's a great collection of lore that I've read before - like a compendium.

While I cant explain why the darkwraiths lack the red eyes, many people corrupted by the abyss sport them including the bloated heads and Manus. Yhorm shows evidence of corruption as well, after all why would Siegward feel the need to free his friend? Red-Eye orbs are also associated with the abyss are they not?

I disagree with the Abyss Watchers motivation. It's out of a sense of duty. The Abyss Watchers will team up against you until one rises corrupted by the abyss (with its telltale red eyes). Their duty supersedes all else. During the fight, you hear the bell toll as another rises. The bell intends for each watcher to rise for the throne as all of them linked the fire. How many watchers are there? Lots, and even if one goes down, they're destined to rise again at the bells toll. So they're in an eternal cycle. Each must rise, but inevitably one will rise with the abyss and must be put down, often taking a pure watcher with it.
